"Hide and Go Seek"

Hide and Seek is a VERY popular game at our house. 

If you've ever been around my kids I'm SURE you have played it with them! 

When Dad is home, he brings a whole new level to the game!!

Happy St. Patricks Day!

St. Patricks Day wasn't very eventful! 

We did Green Eggs and Green Waffles for breakfast!

Madilyn made sure she wore anything and everything green she had to bed so she wouldn't get pinched in the morning!

She couldn't believe I'd have her wear BLUE jeans during the day...

she thought EVERYTHING had to have green on it! 

Grandma Jani and Grandad!

Mom, Dad, and Dianna came to visit during their Spring Break. 

They couldn't wait to come see North Dakota BABY PAYDEN!

We had a great time while they were here.  Wish they could have stayed longer!

We took them down to see Lake Sakakwea and the bridge over it. It was a nice outing with everyone.  Madilyn and Landon loved running around with everyone.

Madilyn couldn't believe this was a "real sign".

(I think it was more like she couldn't believe she could get that CLOSE to a real sign!)
SO of course we had to take a picture!

There was a fun little trail that went under the bridge to the other side.

 The boys took off for a long drive.  They saw some pretty cool things...like the railroad tunnel.

The girls came home and got to work decorating the kitchen with me!!

Dianna is going to think twice before doing a project with me again!!  We spent HOURS trying to pick out fabric!  But I had a blast and wish they were here to help me decide what to do with the rest of the house!! Although, its slowly coming together! 

One day we went to the park and took our picture in front of the "Stanley" sign.

Finally!  A picture of PAYDEN!!

 I promise the little guy was around, just stayed bundled up on all our little outings!

He even rolled over a couple times while they were here!  I thought it was just a fluke, but now he's pretty quick to flip to his back! I'm going to have another walker by 9 months!

I love this picture!  It reminds me of a picture from when I was a kid of me and Allison playing with our Grandpa Boyer and he's laying on the floor just like this! Landon LOVED playing and building with Grandad!  He wanted to go anywhere Grandaddy did!

Sigh, AGAIN! 
Not only am I WAY behind,  I have run out of picture space AGAIN!
Apparently I post too many pictures and I'm too cheap to buy more space!
I'd rather not create a NEW blog AGAIN.
Hopefully, deleting old pictures and posts will free it up.
SO,  I've got some cleaning up and book making to do before I can work on my GAZILLION posts.

BEHIND!

I keep checking my own blog.

It looks like its going to be at least another week before I even get started...

we're making a trip to Bismark today to get a truck, then we'll be in Idaho for a week for Payden's Blessing!

BUT..here's a picture of my little BIG guy to tide you over till then!

He won't even be 2 months until SUNDAY and I've already pulled out the 3-6 month clothes!!

 Landon is STILL my little stinker!! (I'm sure he always will be!)

He refuses to sleep IN his bed at night...

Instead of cleaning up his toys, he parked all his cars...

how can you get mad at that!?

Messes happen A LOT MORE, especially when mom is nursing!

He's becoming my night owl, and won't go to bed for me at night so he ends up doing things like eating goldfish while I mop the floors!

He made a bird nest with eggs with the left-over biscuit dough. 

He thought it was pretty cool when I actually baked it for him!!

 Having a new baby around means extra bonding time for them.

They LOVE playing in the pantry.  Usually they take pillows and blankets in there and hide from the monsters/bad guys!  Poor Triton got roped into playing with them too!

They play GREAT together.  Madilyn is always the instigator.  Here they had to put on their snow clothes to dress up as super hero's and fight the bad guys!

Landon was pretty proud when he made himself a "teeny bed".

Being the nice mom I am, I actually let him sleep in it!

Even though Madilyn is older and instigates everything, she has to have everything JUST LIKE LANDON.  She has to wear the same style of pajamas and has to sleep in the same position as him!

But she's a great big sister!  She LOVES little Payden!!

Payden's First Month:

Its amazing how SLOWLY the last month of pregnancy lasts, and how QUICKLY the first month flies by!!  I can't believe Payden is already a month old, and yet its hard to believe it was only a month ago that he joined our family.  He fits in like he's always been here.  Here's a collection of pictures from his first month!

Typical newborn...ALWAYS snoozing, making funny faces, and sunbathing to prevent any chance of jaundice!

His favorite time to be awake is late at night.  Mom likes it cause she gets to enjoy him awake and still get lots done durring the day.  Dad likes it because he gets a good basketball/sportscenter buddy!

Poor guy has had a yucky cold, but he's finally feeling better! 

We LOVE our little guy!
