We've had this problem at our house with obeying mom, whining, and throwing fits. Mostly from the three year old! Mom got sick of it! She made a Choose the Right Chart. They can earn stickers through out the day for making good choices. After they get 5 stickers they get a reward. Very SIMPLE rewards...usually things they like to do that I don't let them do very often. Play a game with them. Chew a piece of gum. Buy a candy at the store. Do a craft. Paint. This one was MAKE play dough! We've never done it before. They thought it was AMAZING!!

What a good idea! I love the "Choose the Right Chart" and I love that you called it that. Way cool! Gonna have to steal that idea for the future :)
