Madilyn FINALLY got to go to Kindergarten!
She's been excited about it for a year now!!

We got to meet her teacher and take all her school suplies the night before.
The last couple weeks I've been asking her if she was nervous about going. The answer was always, "no, I'm just too excited!" As she was sitting in her chair putting things away. She whispered to me, "Mom, I'm a little nervous now." Dad gave her a father's blessing before she left for school and I think she had a good day. She came home exhausted!
All I can get out of her is that she...

Went to recess.
She was disapointed the playground equipment was in the construction zone.
She isn't happy that she has to sit by TWO boys!

She looks so cute and grown up in her dress. Her backpack is about as big as her though :) I just love that excitment for school that the younger kids have. I wish they still had it in 5th grade! ;)
